TouchPay.exchange Refund Policy for Uncompleted or Unclaimed Orders

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Refunds may be initiated if the Client is unable to receive funds through their provided payment details or decides to fully withdraw from using the service.

1.2. Funds will only be returned to the original payment source from which the order was initiated, unless the transaction was made via cryptocurrency. Once funds are transferred back, the associated order will be canceled and cannot be reinstated.

2. Refund Fees

2.1. For card payments and YooMoney: 10% of the original order amount will be charged.

2.2. For all other methods: 3% of the order amount plus the applicable payment systеm commission will apply.
