Terms of the affiliate program

By joining the TouchPay Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
   Participation in the TouchPay Affiliate Program is subject to approval and account verification by the TouchPay administration.
2. Commission & Earnings
   Affiliate commissions are calculated based on valid transactions generated through the affiliate’s unique referral link. TouchPay reserves the right to adjust commission structures at any time.
3. Withdrawal Policy
   The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USD. Affiliate earnings can be withdrawn only in Tether (USDT) via TRC20 or BEP20 networks. All withdrawal requests are processed after account verification and are typically completed within 24 hours.
4. Prohibited Activities
   Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices, including but not limited to fake referrals, self-referrals, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
   TouchPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account found to be in violation of these terms, without prior notice. Any unpaid earnings resulting from violations may be forfeited.
6. Program Modifications
   TouchPay may modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or its terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Liability Limitation
   TouchPay shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
